Lahiru Wijewardhana
DIRECTOR & SENIOR CONSULTANT
Lahiru has nearly 20 years of experience in the planning and property industry, advising public and private sector clients on a wide range of projects, including infrastructure, residential, commercial, retail, education, and community developments. He is known for his strategic thinking, pragmatic approach, and ability to deliver effective solutions. Lahiru holds a Bachelor of Planning from the University of Auckland and is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.

Sophie Randell
SENIOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT
Sophie brings over 17 years of experience across the property industry, spanning corporate real estate, infrastructure, housing, education, iwi, and community sectors. She has worked with central and local government agencies, including Auckland Council, Kāinga Ora, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, and the Ministry of Education, as well as private sector clients. Sophie is recognised for her expertise in stakeholder engagement, property acquisition, project management, and strategic advisory, and for delivering practical solutions that achieve positive, lasting outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Property Management and Valuation from Massey University.

Sarah Wood
SENIOR PLANNING CONSULTANT
Sarah brings experience across both the public and private sectors, providing practical planning advice to landowners, developers, and councils. She has extensive expertise in resource consents, development feasibility, district plan interpretation, stakeholder engagement, and due diligence, and is valued for her ability to navigate complex planning processes and deliver workable outcomes. Her experience also includes processing resource consents for local authorities, giving her insight into both regulatory and client perspectives. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Planning from the University of Waikato.
